Frequently Asked Questions:

Who qualifies to work with BYP?

We work exclusively with licensed or pre-licensed mental health therapists and group practice owners.

How does BYP help therapists build their practice?

We are a “full-stack” consulting and marketing agency for therapy practices. Whether you need help with client acquisition, branding, operations, or general strategy, we are your “one-stop shop” for business solutions.

How much does it cost? Does BYP offer financing or payment plans?

Our core offers typically have a $5K minimum setup fee. We have $0 down financing and 0% interest payment plans, and we can help you secure business funding to grow your practice fast.

Third-party financing and business funding options require a healthy credit profile and clean borrowing history.

What are the expected results from working with BYP?

On average, solo practice owners self-report 5+ new clients on their caseload within 90 days of launching with us.

Legally (and ethically), we can’t ‘guarantee’ a financial return, but solo practices frequently add $3-6K (often more) to their monthly recurring revenue within several months.

Group practices typically have a larger advertising budget, so their numbers are usually much higher than those of solo practice owners.

Your return on investment depends on your advertising budget, business model, pricing structure, and ability to retain new clients.

What is the recommended time commitment to get results with BYP?

Our most successful clients dedicate at least 2-4 hours weekly to building their practice. This could mean attending coaching calls, consulting with the BYP team, or executing the strategies we recommend for your business.

If you want to consistently earn six (or seven) figures annually, but “don’t have any time” to work *on* your business… This is not a good fit.

How does BYP help therapists acquire new clients?

Because directories are unreliable for finding self-pay clients, we employ a three-pronged approach to marketing and client acquisition:

#1 Paid Advertising → We build you a paid advertising funnel so you can buy back your time and guarantee eyeballs on your practice.

#2 Organic Marketing → We help you execute design, copywriting, and content marketing strategies that encourage potential clients and referral providers to inquire about your services.

#3 Outbound Networking → We help you implement leveraged methods to accelerate your network and start productive conversations with potential clients and referral providers.

What makes BYP different from other companies?

While other “practice-building” companies keep their solutions behind a paywall, we value transparency and setting proper expectations upfront.

Also, we understand no “silver bullet” strategy will solve your problems overnight. We have the resources and expertise to help with everything.

We provide a unique combination of DIY (do it yourself) resources, DWY (done with you) consulting, and DFY (done for you) services.

Simply put, our clients come here to get results. We are agnostic about how these results are achieved.
